• any art i create can be used by me for commission examples.

• i have the right to decline any order, with or without a reason.

• my art can be used by the commissioner on any profiles they may have, credit is appreciated but not necessary as long as it is not claimed as their own work.

• my art may not be used as sold merchandise or in any monetary way.

• my art may be used to add onto the worth of a design, even if it was made for free!

• if my artwork is shared, i would appreciate credit for the original work. as long as my signature is still present, i do not mind.

★ DESIGN TOS !

• any designs i make, premade or custom, can be used by me as commission examples.

• my designs can be redesigned at any point, to any degree.

• my designs can be used in merchandise, or in any monetised works. credit for the design would be appreciated, but not necessary.

• regardless of how the design was obtained [free, sale, trade, etc.], they may be resold.

• once i have sold or traded a design, it is no longer mine. whatever the new owner does with these designs is not something i will, or want to, control.
